Do you offer refunds?

How does my prescription get to the online pharmacy?

Your doctor's office can call or fax it in, or you can mail it to the online pharmacy. There are several methods that can be used to get your prescription to the online pharmacy. Just find the method that is most convenient for you.

How long does it take to receive my medication?

It depends from which Online Pharmacy you are ordering from. There are Online Pharmacies which offer you FedEx, UPS, overnight shipping, etc. If you are ordering from a Foreign Pharmacy, it might take more time. If you are ordering Controlled Substances the Online Pharmacies have to ship it through normal air mail and if you don't have a prior prescription it can take 10 to 15 days.

Do I need a prescription?

Many of the pharmacies will issue a prescription for you in a matter of minutes, via an online or phone consultation. Most consultations are also free. Not all of our Online Pharmacies ask for a prior prescription in order to buy your meds.

How is payment dealt with?

All our payments go through our payment processor WorldPay which is our payment processor. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from WorldPay with your payment details and login information to access your WorldPay Account. This Login information will allow you to manage your own cancellation and payment detail changes.

PLEASE NOTE: The login information is not the login you will need to enter the Members Area. For security purposes, you will receive a second email from Trusted Online Pharmacy with your Members Area Log in separately.

What will appear on my bank statement?

You will see our payment processor WorldPay and nothing else.
